We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA P2P processes, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor payments. You will play a key role in implementing and supporting SAP P2P solutions that enhance procurement efficiency, automation, and compliance across the organization.

Role Overview
As an SAP P2P Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting the Procure-to-Pay process in SAP S/4HANA environments. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver process improvements, system configurations, and integrations that support the organization’s sourcing and procurement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and configure end-to-end SAP P2P processes within S/4HANA.
• Support procurement operations, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
• Integrate procurement workflows with SAP MM, SRM, and FICO modules for seamless business operations.
• Define and manage business process documentation, test cases, and configuration settings.
• Perform system testing, validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Monitor P2P transactions and resolve issues related to purchasing, GR/IR, and vendor payments.
• Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
• Assist in automating procurement workflows and implementing best practices for efficiency and compliance.
• Provide training and post-go-live support to business users for successful SAP adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA P2P processes, including purchasing, invoicing, and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and integration with FICO and SRM modules.
• Understanding of procurement best practices, supplier management, and payment processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting P2P process issues and implementing solutions in live systems.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
Good to Have Skills
• Experience in SAP Public Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba or Fieldglass for procurement integration.
• Knowledge of vendor performance management and procurement analytics.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Certifications & Preferred Tools
• SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement
• Tools: SAP MM, SRM, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Fiori Apps.
