We are looking for an experienced SAP Hypercare Support Manager to lead post-go-live support activities for a large SAP ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will manage hypercare tickets using ServiceNow and collaborate closely with onshore teams while providing coverage during IST hours.
This role is critical in stabilizing the solution post-go-live by coordinating issue intake, triage, and resolution across functional and technical teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee SAP Hypercare support operations post go-live
• Coordinate incident intake, triage, and resolution using ServiceNow
• Work closely with onshore teams, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams
• Track, prioritize, and resolve incidents, problems, and escalations
• Ensure timely resolution of issues impacting business operations
• Provide clear status updates and communication to stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT operations, workstream leads, and business users during the hypercare phase
• Monitor support metrics and ensure SLA adherence

🔹 Required Skills & Experience
✔ Strong experience supporting SAP ERP implementations during Hypercare phase
✔ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Escalation Management)
✔ Experience coordinating cross-functional SAP teams
✔ Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience with large, complex SAP implementations preferred
