SAP FSM Integration Consultant (10+ Years Experience)

🔍 Role: SAP FSM Integration Consultant
📍 Experience: 10+ Years (5+ Years in SAP FSM)
📌 Location: India (Bangalore preferred / Remote flexibility)

💼 Role Overview:
You will be responsible for supporting and delivering end-to-end integration between SAP S/4 HANA and SAP FSM using CPI, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized field service operations.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and configure custom processes for FSM admin, master data replication, and transaction data updates
Handle error monitoring and reprocessing of failed messages across FSM and S/4 systems
Support Autoscheduler configurations, business rules execution, and FSM reporting
Design and manage integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI connecting SAP S/4 HANA with FSM
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple integration touchpoints
Drive best practices in service execution, technician scheduling, and field operations
Work closely with delivery teams and clients to ensure seamless implementation

✅ Key Requirements:
10+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP FSM implementations
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA integration with modules like SD, PM, CS, MM, and EWM
Hands-on experience in SAP CPI (iFlows) and integration architecture
Strong understanding of field service workflows, scheduling, workforce optimization, and mobile service execution
Exposure to SAP BTP, IoT, predictive maintenance, and integrations like Procore / SAP CPQ is a plus
Ability to lead solution design, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption strategies
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
