SAP CPI with TM – Senior Consultant

Role Summary

The SAP CPI with TM Senior Consultant will design and implement complex integration scenarios between SAP Transportation Management (TM) and other systems using SAP CPI. This role demands a deep understanding of SAP TM data models, message interfaces, and CPI integration capabilities. The consultant will work with logistics, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure seamless data exchange and optimized process integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop CPI interfaces to integrate SAP TM with SAP ECC/S4HANA, EWM, and third-party systems.

• Design and configure integration scenarios for freight orders, shipments, and carrier collaboration.

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather TM integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Implement security and monitoring mechanisms for CPI interfaces.

• Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of integration data flows.

• Troubleshoot interface issues and ensure on-time resolution with minimal business impact.

Must Have Skills

CPI integration experience with SAP TM, iFlow configuration, REST/SOAP Adapters, and knowledge of freight and logistics processes.

Good to Have Skills

Understanding of EWM and Event Management, hands-on PI/PO background, and exposure to BTP tools.

Certifications / Preferred Tools

SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite | Tools: CPI, TM Integration Scenarios, Postman, BTP.
