SAP CPI Consultant – Senior Consultant

Role Summary

The SAP CPI Senior Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). This role requires strong expertise in end-to-end integration between SAP and non-SAP systems, including hands-on experience with iFlows, message mappings, adapters, and security configurations. The consultant will lead solution design, review technical artifacts, and ensure high-quality integration deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex integrations using SAP CPI for SAP S/4HANA and cloud applications.
• Develop iFlows, message mappings, scripts, and value mappings for end-to-end integration scenarios.
• Configure connectivity using adapters such as IDoc, OData, SOAP, REST, SFTP, and SuccessFactors.
• Ensure integration security using certificates, OAuth, and other authentication mechanisms.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for requirement analysis and technical design.
• Perform testing, deployment, and performance optimization for CPI interfaces.
• Monitor integration flows, troubleshoot runtime issues, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Stay updated with SAP Integration Suite and BTP innovations.

Must Have Skills

SAP CPI, iFlows, REST/SOAP Adapters, OData, Certificates, BTP Integration Suite, and troubleshooting experience.

Good to Have Skills

SAP PI/PO background, API Management, Event Mesh, or SuccessFactors/Ariba integration experience.

Certifications / Preferred Tools

SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite | Tools: SAP CPI, BTP, Integration Advisor, Postman.
