Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead

About the Role

Globalwave Softech Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead to drive Salesforce implementation and development initiatives from a technical standpoint.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical discussions, and mentoring development teams while delivering high-quality enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using Apex and Visualforce

• Build and enhance applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning UI

• Optimize performance while adhering to Governor Limits

• Lead implementation and configuration of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs

• Design and implement advanced customizations within the Salesforce ecosystem

• Conduct technical planning, architecture discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions

• Mentor junior developers and enforce development standards and best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field

• 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components

• Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP)

• Understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture

• Strong communication and client interaction skills

Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Mandatory)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Required

• PD2 / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Certifications – Preferred
