Power BI Developer

🔍 Role Overview
As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for building impactful dashboards, working with complex datasets, and supporting automation initiatives to drive business decisions.

✅ Key Responsibilities
Build interactive Power BI dashboards based on business requirements
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation using Power Query
Develop data models and DAX measures
Design visually appealing and user-friendly reports
Conduct dashboard demos and client walkthroughs
Support automation initiatives (Power Automate, AI tools, integrations)
Contribute to internal R&D (templates, reporting frameworks, integrations)

🎯 What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI
Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience with ERP/Accounting data (SQL is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills for client interactions
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Self-motivated and proactive mindset
