We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Portal Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE portal solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring scalable, high-performance, and seamless integration across enterprise systems.
š· Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Portal and CRM developers (2ā8 members) while actively contributing as a hands-on developer.
Design, develop, and test Power Pages self-service portals based on Agile user stories.
Collaborate with CRM Architects and stakeholders to design and implement scalable portal solutions.
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring high user adoption.
Lead integration efforts between Dynamics 365 CE, IVR systems, contact center platforms, SAP S/4 HANA, payment gateways, and other enterprise systems.
Ensure seamless data flow, system performance, and operational efficiency across integrated platforms.
Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives.
Provide ongoing technical support, optimization, and performance enhancements.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Manage technical aspects of large-scale portal projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, and testing.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain detailed technical documentation, designs, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and SDLC processes.
š· Required Experience & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Pages portal development.
5+ years of experience in front-end development with a human-centered design approach.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Proven experience leading portal implementations for high-volume environments (e.g., contact centers).
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Pages customization, configuration, and user management.
Experience integrating with ERP systems (SAP), payment gateways, IVR systems, and contact center platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure DevOps (ADO).
