🔷 About the Role

We are looking for a talented Portal / React Developer to build and enhance modern, responsive web applications. This role focuses on developing high-performance user interfaces using React.js, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions in an Agile environment.

🔷 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build modular, reusable components and UI libraries following best practices and design standards.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless data flow.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness (lazy loading, code splitting, etc.).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Identify opportunities to improve UI/UX design and application performance.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and follow version control workflows (Git-based).
• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and development guidelines.

🔷 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in front-end development with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of React concepts, including hooks, lifecycle, and state management (Redux).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
• Knowledge of client-side routing (React Router).
• Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools.

🔷 Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering frameworks
• Familiarity with Node.js and backend APIs
• Knowledge of Progressive Web Applications (PWA)
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems
• Knowledge of web security best practices and accessibility (WCAG)
