We are seeking an experienced Portal Developer to design, develop, and optimize self-service portals using Microsoft Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE. The role involves working in an Agile environment, delivering scalable solutions, and integrating portals with enterprise systems such as CRM, SAP, contact center platforms, and payment gateways.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop Power Pages self-service portals based on Agile user stories.
Create and manage technical tasks, unit tests, and test scripts in Azure DevOps (ADO).
Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Support requirement definition for integrations with Dynamics 365 CE, contact center systems, chatbots, SAP, and payment gateways.
Ensure seamless integration, performance optimization, and efficient data flow across systems.
Configure and customize Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet business requirements.
Develop custom Power Pages solutions using Liquid Templates.
Support training programs, knowledge transfer, and user adoption initiatives.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and system enhancements.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance portal functionality and user experience.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and SDLC processes.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
🔷 Required Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Pages self-service portal development.
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and user management.
Hands-on experience with Liquid Templates and portal customization.
2+ years of experience in front-end web development with a human-centered design approach.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), payment gateways, and contact center platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure DevOps (ADO).
