We are seeking an experienced CRM Functional Data Migration Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This role focuses on leading CRM implementations, driving data migration strategies, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems while delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.
š· Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary SME for Dynamics 365 CE, leading functional and data migration initiatives.
Manage end-to-end CRM implementation activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, architecture, and testing.
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Drive data migration strategies, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient data transfer across systems.
Conduct detailed business analysis to understand customer service processes and requirements.
Design and implement solutions integrating contact center applications, self-service portals, ERP systems, mobile apps, and payment gateways.
Ensure seamless data flow, integration, and system performance across platforms.
Lead CRM teams and collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders for successful delivery.
Support and deliver training programs and change management initiatives to promote user adoption.
Provide ongoing support, optimization, and system enhancements.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including designs, test plans, and reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and SDLC practices.
š· Required Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service module) functional implementation.
7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Proven experience delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 CE projects with complex integrations.
Strong expertise in data migration, system integration, and CRM architecture.
Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities, including customization, configuration, and user management.
Experience with contact center systems (IVR, telephony) and self-service portals.
Familiarity with integrating CRM with ERP systems and payment gateways.

Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Recognition as Microsoft FastTrack Architect or Microsoft MVP (preferred).
