š· About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Business Analyst to support the transformation of business processes into modern, efficient systems. The role involves analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
š· Key Responsibilities
Perform business analysis activities including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture As-Is processes and define To-Be solutions.
Analyze existing business processes and compare them with industry best practices to identify improvement opportunities.
Translate requirements into service blueprints, process flow diagrams, Agile features, and user stories.
Create and manage documentation in Azure DevOps (ADO) including user stories, workflows, and process artifacts.
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze systems to recommend enhancements.
Define and track KPIs, business rules, and data sources for reporting and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
Support testing activities, including test scenarios, scripts, and validation.
Assist in training, change management, and end-user support.
Ensure all deliverables align with organizational standards, policies, and PMO guidelines.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations.
š· Technical Scope
Reporting: Tolling and non-tolling reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Transaction Processing: Customer transactions across multiple systems and agencies.
Billing & Invoicing: Accurate financial processing and accounting.
Collections & Enforcement: Managing unpaid balances and compliance processes.
Financial Posting & Reconciliation: Ensuring accurate financial records and reconciliations.
