🔹 Role Details

Position: SAP S/4HANA Cutover Manager
Location: Offshore
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Till December 2026 (with possible extensions)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute Mock Cutovers, Dress Rehearsals, and Production Cutovers.
Define and manage overall cutover strategy, planning, and execution across workstreams.
Coordinate activities across Basis, Service Engineering, Release Management, Functional and Technical teams.
Track and monitor cutover progress and ensure timelines are met.
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks proactively.
Ensure alignment of milestones, deliverables, and timelines for each cutover cycle.
Collaborate with US and APAC teams to provide continuous end-to-end cutover support.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Cutover Manager.
Strong expertise in building and managing detailed cutover plans.
Solid understanding of SAP landscapes, migrations, and go-live readiness activities.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
